At AX Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Repack Your Items

  Place your unwanted items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 2.
  Generate a Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address, then select your preferred carrier to download and print your prepaid return shipping label.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Attach the return label securely to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
